We are hiring a Support Specialist to join our team in Sarajevo. You will be part of the Support team responsible for clarifying, solving, and escalating customer and end-user queries or problems.
The company.
Finshark is an open banking company unlocking payments and financial data products for all businesses. By removing friction from the legacy processes behind payments, checkouts, and within the financial services industry, it powers the breeziest customer experiences in finance.
Founded in Sweden in 2019 and currently employing talents in four different European countries, Finshark turns open banking into customer successes.
The role.
- Triage cases within the defined SLA. Triaged cases will either be responded to and resolved or escalated to an internal or external team for assistance before resolution.
- Maintain ownership of support cases until resolution.
- Monitor and answer on different support channels.
- Be part of an on-call rotation schedule for a 24/7 support plan.
- Help enhance documentation to minimize repeating support issues.
- Coordinate with the different teams: dev team, customer support, and product management.
- Help the dev team review new features.
The skills.
- Previous work experience in a customer support or operations role.
- Excellent English skills (written and verbal).
